Refund and Cancellation Policy

At DripLab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To request a cancellation, email us at driplab.inn@gmail.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return upon delivery as per the return policy below.

Drop Exclusive items (Collection 06) are non-cancellable once payment is confirmed, as these are limited-run pieces processed on priority.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or alteration are not eligible for return

  • Sale items, Drop Exclusive pieces, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

To initiate a return, email driplab.inn@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the item. Our team will confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges on eligible items, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking): Refund credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days after approval

  • COD orders: Refund issued via bank transfer or UPI to the details provided by the customer, within 5-7 business days

DripLab does not charge any restocking or processing fee on approved returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at driplab.inn@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, in which case DripLab will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping charges.
