Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how DripLab processes, dispatches, and delivers orders across India.

Dispatch Location

All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days

  • Remote areas and North-East India: 7-10 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. DripLab is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹1,500: Free shipping

  • Orders below ₹1,500: Flat shipping charge of ₹99

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Additional COD handling fee of ₹50

Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and DTDC. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your delivery location and product availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order on the courier partner's website or through the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to the customer being unavailable or an incorrect address, the order will be returned to our fulfilment centre. In such cases, re-delivery charges will apply. DripLab is not responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

International Shipping

Currently, DripLab ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
